Due to the Texas heat, Klein Bros. highly recommends adding ice packs to your chocolate product shipment during the months of April-October. You may accept or decline ice packs. If accepted, $7.50 will be added to the cost of each package. If declined, melted candied items will not be covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Depending on the weather, Klein Bros. may choose to hold your chocolate product order for a Monday ship date to decrease the number of days your package is in transit.
