Due to the Texas heat, Klein Bros. highly recommends adding ice packs to your chocolate shipments during the months of April-October. You may accept or decline ice packs. If accepted, $7.50 will be added to the cost of each package. If declined, melted candies will not be covered by our satisfaction guarantee during these months. Depending on the weather, Klein Bros. may choose to hold your chocolate order for a Monday ship date to decrease the number of days your package is in transit.
