Tastes Like What It's Made Of
Tomatoes, that is, and that's a pleasant surprise. Most salsas provide heat, maybe cilantro, some other seasoning, but little else. Here the flavor of the tomatoes comes singing through, sweetened and highlighted by peaches. I'm seriously tempted to pour this over a pizza crust. The seasoning is wonderful, too, providing just the right amount of complex, tasty heat to this tendermouth.
