Zesty Black Eyed Peas

For a quick and easy but tasty side dish, use a jar of Klein Bros. Texas Caviar, a unique blend of black eyed peas, onions, peppers and jalapenos, added to your favorite black eyed peas. Either canned black eyed peas or fresh can be used. It tastes great either way! A great side dish to ham or pork chops with dinner.
