½ cup The Native Texan Blackberry Preserves

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

¼ cup crushed The Native Texan Texas Nut Mix

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix The Native Texan Blackberry Preserves and Dijon mustard to create a glaze.

Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
