Blackberry Pork Tenderloin with Texas Nuts Crunch

Sweet, savory, and packed with Texas crunch, this Blackberry Pork Tenderloin features Native Texan Blackberry Preserves and our Texas Nut Mix for a show-stopping meal that’s easy to make and full of bold flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin

  • ½ cup The Native Texan Blackberry Preserves

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup crushed The Native Texan Texas Nut Mix

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix The Native Texan Blackberry Preserves and Dijon mustard to create a glaze.

  3. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.

  4. Brush the pork with the glaze, coat with The Native Texan Texas Nut Mix, and bake for 15–20 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. Let rest before slicing, then drizzle with extra glaze before serving.
