Our traditional version is just like Mamaw Klein make. It pairs well with hot dogs or cooked with sausage.

Authentic Sauerkraut
This kraut is not for the faint of heart. It is extremely traditional with a lot of vinegar kick. It is a little expensive but it is so good I order at least half a dozen jars at a time and pay shipping. I cannot find anything else close to this one anywhere. I can find all the other line of Klein Brothers products at Kroger and veggie markets but they say they can't sell enough of the kraut to make it worth stocking.
